The American InterContinental University (AIU) has been educating students for various diplomas and degrees since 1970, providing a high quality of education and training. The online department for AIU is a certified and accredited learning facility for adults who have to find a balance between work, home and further study. AIU offers students a range of levels, which are associate degrees, bachelors and master’s diplomas. Currently a majority of AIU students are studying through their online facilities.

The teachers and instructors found at AIU are more often professionals in their field who have years of experience and knowledge in their fields. The online department of AIU is designed to create an environment for students and teachers to network via their computers. There is 24/7 access to resources and help for students. The courses are designed to be flexible in their content, so you are able to study a topic that is relevant to your real life work. The student is able to work in his/her own time, and complete the course in their own time.

Financial Information

The AIU’s tuition fees are subject to change, so it is recommended that prospective students contact the university directly. There are a number of financial aid options available, including: Federal Pell Grant, Federal Direct Parent -PLUS Loans, Federal Student and Parent Loans, Federal Direct Graduate – PLUS Loans, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) and the Federal Stafford Loan. There is also a number of scholarships and grants for online students, as well as a special program for military personnel.
